Day 25 - Patient

The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.
2 Peter 3:9

Prayer

Thank you Lord for Your patience with me and my sinful world. “I once was blind, but now I see.” So many of us would have perished had Your second coming been fifty, twenty, ten, or even five years ago. Our hearts ache for those we love who have yet to realize how much they need you. So many in our community, our country, and our world, need to hear and respond to Your gift of salvation. Your delay shows Your great compassion and love for Your creation. In Jesus’ Precious Name, Amen.
