Each year, our membership comes together for a "family meeting." Our annual business meetings are most important, and we hope you'll prioritize your attendance. Everyone is welcome to attend, but participation is reserved for our church members. This year's agenda items include: 

• a potential amendment of our church constitution to replace our current, incorporated name ("North Ridge Church Stratford, Inc.") with "The Mill Church, Inc." in keeping with the 2015 decision to change our "doing business as" name.
   
• a potential amendment of our constitution to replace the term "trustees" with "deacons" in keeping with more fitting, New Testament terminology. 
   
• an explanation and important discussion on our need to relocate to a larger and temporary worship location to allow for growth, while at the same time continuing along in the building planning process. 

Childcare will be provided in the Lower Level.
