Day 18 - Supreme

He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. And He is the head of the body, the church; He is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything He might have the supremacy.
Colossians 1:17-18

Prayer

Father God, whether it be in the physical or spiritual realm, You hold all things together. The earth whirls around the sun at an unfathomable speed. Proportions of gases—oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and carbon dioxide—must be just right for me to survive. My heart involuntarily contracts 115,200 times each day. Without Your hand over all of these intricacies, our very existence would be impossible. We praise you for being supreme, now and always. Amen.
