Huge Community Response Towards Fostering

Praise God! The Mill Church currently has 4 families between the Stratford and Edgar campuses who are already licensed foster families, one of which is fostering to adopt, and the compassion for vulnerable children in our community is growing. The Community Foster Care Awareness event that was hosted at the Mill recently in partnership with Welcomed was a tremendous success! God is moving in the hearts of His people to care for those who are down-trodden and lonely and in need of caring families. 

In addition to the current foster families, there are others being moved to compassion for vulnerable children in our area.

Here are some exciting results of the awareness event:

• Edgar and Stratford locations combined have 33 individuals interested in supporting foster families.
• We have 7 families who have expressed interest in becoming foster families themselves!
