Report: Competitive Leaf Raking
On Sunday, October 21 we had about 20 students and adults join us to serve the residents of Stratford. In a matter of three hours we:
Raked nine lawns
Collected a total of 2,681 pounds of leaves!
Those involved would be interested in knowing also that:
The heaviest bag weighed in at 65 pounds and was gathered by the Red team
The lightest bag weighed in at 0.5 pounds and was gathered by the Red team
The most pounds totaled 1,611 pounds and were gathered by the Black team
Thanks to all those that came out and served the community around us and congratulations to the Black team for taking home the win!
