Remaining Project Needs

Greetings! I hope this update finds you in growing expectation of celebrating the birth of Christ, Immanuel, God with us!
By God’s grace, we have plowed ahead toward project completion in a year full of unknowns. Our building construction in Stratford continues at an aggressive pace, & we are diligently trying to gain occupancy in our beautiful, new home by Easter Sunday, 2021! We’re also diligently looking for a permanent home in the Village of Edgar.
In this Christmas season of generosity, we wanted to bring four remaining, financial needs to the attention of our members, attenders, & online viewers in regards to our Stratford project.
Stage ($20k)—These funds will provide either a built-in or demountable stage (better servicing banquets and weddings).
(Needed by March 2021)Kitchen Appliances ($24k)—We have a stunning, spacious kitchen that will serve our congregation for many years. We’re still in need of funds to purchase a fridge, freezer, stove, under-counter commercial dishwasher, washer, dryer, & more. (Needed by March 2021)
Boilers ($31k)—While the project budget includes in-floor tubing (you only have one shot at that), we still need to purchase commercial boilers. The building will have heat via air exchangers (furnaces), but the boilers will provide more comfortable & efficient heat. When the feet are warm, the whole body is warm. (Needed by September 2021)
Parking Lot ($50k)—We’ve been given 1 year from project completion to asphalt our gravel parking lot by the Village of Stratford.
(Needed by Spring 2022)
While $125k may seem challenging, God has been flexing in 2020, bringing financial partners across our path that we have not anticipated. The indoor play equipment (pictured above) has already been generously provided and is scheduled to be installed in March! :)
Many established attenders have sacrificed exponentially, & our church family continues to grow both in-person & online during this season. We will continue to trust Jesus for His provision toward a big vision of starting new churches by raising up new leaders which requires new buildings.
We’ll attain the above in the order provided, as the Lord provides the funds. However, we will not turn away someone who is incredibly passionate about asphalt, for example. :) If we don’t have to vacuum up gravel in our building for the first year, that’d be marvelous.
