Hope for the Journey Conference

  • The Mill Church 213902 STATE HIGHWAY 97 STRATFORD United States (map)

Details

Hope for the Journey Conference (formerly Empowered to Connect) brings together proven, practical teaching and insight as well as everyday, hopeful wisdom - designed for parents and caregivers meeting the needs of children impacted by adoption and/or foster care.

The Mill (in Stratford) will host a full day of training based on the principles of TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) and the work of Karyn Purvis (author of The Connected Child), long considered one of the gold-standards in caring for children touched by adoption and foster care.

We have 30 spots open and ready to be filled with those who love and serve vulnerable children.

Registration is required. Please take a moment to fill out the registration form.

Thank you to The Mill Church, Thrivent Action Teams, and Focus on the Family! Because of their generosity, this event is free to attend, and there is no cost to you! We will provide you with a workbook as well as lunch and refreshments throughout the day. Please indicate on your registration if you have any dietary needs we should be aware of.
