Are you or someone you know in need of a helping hand? Do you have a project around the home that would relieve concern for your safety and increase function for everyday living? Are you unable to complete the project due to limited resources and/or skills? The Mill Church has been blessed with members and attendees with a variety of gifts and skills. We have teamed together to form 4:10 Ministries and use these skills to serve others (single parents, the elderly, widows, & lower-income earning families).

Details

Expectations

If you find yourself in need of some help on a project(s), all we ask is that you supply the needed materials. Our team members will provide the donated labor, tools, and a genuine, caring attitude.

Confidentiality

Once your application is received and processed, you will be contacted by one of our project managers to schedule an on-site assessment. All initial requests will be kept confidential and will only be seen by key members of the 4:10 Ministries team.

Scope

The following list of jobs we are NOT permitted to do because of safety and liability concerns for our team members

  • Anything that requires a building permit

  • Anything involving heights beyond the reach of a 6 ft. step ladder

  • Major electrical work (we will install outlet and light switches)

  • Major plumbing

  • Roofing

  • Tree removal

  • Projects that are politely declined by our project managers for specified or unspecified reasons.
