Zach Burris - Lead Pastor

Pastor Zach graduated from Lee University (Cleveland, TN) & Belmont University (Nashville, TN). Zach loves racquetball, "March Madness," bow hunting during "the rut," church softball, stout coffee, and kicking it back with Shannon, Levi, Miles & Nora.

Leslie Kauer - Administrator

Leslie brings a wealth of experience and solidarity to our operations here at The Mill. Aside from her involvement and ties in the community her passion for people influences our programing and communications.  She and her husband, Dan, love to spend time outdoors with their two girls, Olive and Fionna.

Josh Keim - Edgar Location Pastor

Josh has established himself and the Keim family as an indispensable asset and leader in Edgar. He and his wife Sarah lead and love their family of six, Gabbi, Kessid, Canyon, Lisbon, Tirzah and Asa.


Rachel Tarmann - Edgar Location Director

Rachel graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and currently serves as an Edgar Location Director. When Rachel isn't teaching at Edgar Middle School, she enjoys reading, cooking, drinking Starbucks lattes, and traveling with her husband, Patrick, to every state park in Wisconsin.

Adam Schnaare - Youth Pastor

Adam graduated from North Central University (Minneapolis, MN) with a B.A. in Youth Ministry. Adam serves as Youth Pastor at The Mill. When Adam is not working, he enjoys playing with his three sons, Granite, Carbon and Ransom and dating his bride, Stacy.

Robin Lange - Accountant

Robin graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a B.A. in Accounting and currently serves The Mill as our Financial Secretary, keeping all the books in order. When Robin isn't managing a Bridgestone Product Development office, she enjoys raising beef cattle, gardening, and camping with her husband Chris and their four kids, JT, Destiny, Dylan and Tyler. 


Jocelyn Cavadini - Children's Director

Jocelyn is the director of Children’s Ministry at The Mill. She has a passion for home, family and children. Before she became a mother, she was a Speech and Language Pathologist for a school district in Western Wisconsin. She now teaches her five children at home.

In her rare moments of solitude, Jocelyn enjoys coffee, reading, running, and being a foodie. She and her husband, Jason, raise their children on a farm outside of Stratford where their focus is raising good food; primarily grass-fed beef. They love to invite people onto their farm to experience the simplicity of country life along with the beauty of God’s creation.
